1. Acceptance of These Terms

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (II) [USD/EUR] 10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
