Xixenter ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the online message board/service located at xixenter.com (the "Service"). We act as the "data controller" (or equivalent term under applicable law) for personal information we collect and process through the Service.

  • Device & technical data: IP address, browser type/version, operating system, device identifiers, language, timezone.
  • Cookies & similar technologies: cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage (see Section 9 / Cookie Notice).

3.3 Information From Third Parties

  • Social logins / SSO: basic profile data if you sign in via Google, Apple, etc. (per their permissions).
  • Analytics/advertising partners: aggregated or inferred interest data.
  • Moderation / safety vendors: signals about abuse, spam, or security threats.

Special / sensitive data: We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data (e.g., health, biometric, precise geolocation) unless you voluntarily provide such data in your posts. Do not share sensitive information you do not wish to make public.

For jurisdictions like California and other U.S. states, we use your information for "business purposes" as defined by applicable law. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless explicitly stated and opted-in where required.

  • Other users / public: User-generated content is public by default (per your settings). Your username and posts may be visible to others and searchable.
  • Legal & regulatory authorities: when required to comply with law, court orders, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all/part of our business, subject to confidentiality.

When we share data with processors, they are contractually obligated to use it only as instructed and to protect it. For EEA/UK transfers, we use approved transfer mechanisms (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where necessary (see Section 8).

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law. Criteria include: the length of your account's activity, legal obligations (tax/audit), dispute resolution, and contract enforcement. We may anonymize data for statistical purposes and retain it indefinitely.

Exercising Your Rights

Contact us here or use in-product tools (account settings, download/delete request forms). We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests. Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California residents if they provide proof of authorization.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. We do not currently respond to such signals. We will update this section if that changes.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If we learn we have collected information from a child without consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents/guardians who believe their child has provided us information should contact us.

11. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing personal information.

13. Automated Decision-Making / Profiling

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement. If this changes, we will provide required notices and choices.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where required by law, notify you (e.g., via email or in-service notice) and/or seek your consent. Changes take effect when posted unless otherwise stated.
